Banana and Raspberry Smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients

375ml (1½ cups) reduced-fat milk

100g skim milk natural yoghurt

1 ripe small or ½ large banana, chopped

150g raspberries, fresh or frozen

1½ tbsp oat bran

2tsp honey, or to taste

Freshly ground Bespezie or cinnamon to taste

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth. Pour into serving glasses.
