A blogger from Konongo-Odumase known as Barimah Guy Guy, has been stabbed to death following a dispute over stolen money.
According to eyewitnesses, over the weekend, the younger brother of Barimah Guy Guy, a gold dealer, was given some money to invest in his business.
However, a notorious ex-convict, Yaw Apease, who is known for harassing the people in the neighbourhood ambushed the younger brother of Barimah Guy Guy and stole the money from him.
Enraged, Barimah confronted Yaw Apease, leading to a physical altercation and his brutal murder.
He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, with many calling for justice.
Local authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Barimah’s death.
The suspect, Yaw Apease, is currently at large.
