Police seek help to identify pregnant woman found dead on Tema Motorway

The Tema Regional Police Command is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying a pregnant woman found dead along the Tema-Accra Motorway.

The woman, who appears to be around 40 years old, was discovered at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025.

The cause of her death has not yet been ascertained, and investigations are currently underway.

In a statement from the Public Affairs Officer, ASP Dede Dzakpasu, the police urged anyone with helpful information regarding the woman’s identity or her family to come forward.

Members of the public are encouraged to reach out to the nearest police station or call 0246259137, 0547272599, or the emergency number 18555.

“We are counting on your usual support,” the statement added.
