Police hospital seeks help in identifying ‘Amnesia-struck’ accident victim
The Police Hospital is calling on the public to help identify an accident victim on admission at the health facility.
Head of Public Affairs at the Police Hospital, DSP Yaw Nketia-Yeboah, said the victim “gave his name as Richard Osei although he could not remember much about himself”.
The young man, believed to be in his thirties was involved in an accident between two motorcycles at Adenta Mantey Farms area on the Adenta- Dodowa Highway.
A team from the Motor Transport and Traffic Directorate (MTTD) unit of the Adenta Police sent the victim to the hospital from a private hospital after first aid for further treatment at dawn of January 27, 2020, at about 03:00 am.
He is about 5’4”(5ft 4inches) tall, very hairy, having a very small moustache and dark in complexion. He claims to be staying at Foster Home area on the Adenta-Dodowa Road.
Relatives have been advised to contact the Out-Patients / Emergency (OPD) Department or the Public Affairs Unit of the Police Hospital for further action.
