The running mate of the National Democratic Congress, Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has cast her ballot.
The former Minister of Education returned to her hometown, Anomabo, to vote at the Anomako
Dressed in a colourful slit matched with a white Kaba on top, she arrived at the polling station at 8.30 am to cast her ballot.
Speaking after voting, she described the process as simple and straight forward.
While rallying Ghanaians to come out in their numbers she said the election was not war.
“We need peace in this country. We need it to develop,” she said.
