The Black Queens of Ghana held their first training session at Kanazawa on Tuesday, July 9, after arriving in Japan to prepare for their international friendly match against the Nadeshiko.
The Black Queens arrived in Narita, Tokyo on Monday before making a brief stopover at Hotel MyStay Premier.
The team subsequently proceeded to Kanazawa today to settle and continue with preparations for the upcoming clash.
Following their first training session in Japan today, the Black Queens will have the chance to train every day until Friday when the team will wrap up the sessions.

The match between Japan and Ghana will then be played on Saturday, July 13, at the Kanazawa Go Go Curry Stadium.
While the Black Queens of Ghana are using the friendly to prepare for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations tournament, Japan is using the encounter to prepare for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
