The owner of the Royal Cosy Hills Hotel, commonly referred to as Jirapa Dubai, in the Upper West Region, is dead.
The deceased, Eric Johnson, was reportedly attacked by unknown assailants on Saturday night, February 10, resulting in his untimely death.
Johnson, an entrepreneur, recently undertook the construction of the safari resort in Jirapa.
He believed it was important to create employment opportunities for the youth and boost the area’s tourism sector to enhance the local economy.
The police are yet to provide official comments on the incident, which has sparked discussions and raised concerns among the public regarding safety and security in the region.
