Okaikwei North MP donates to muslims community

The  Member of Parliament for Okaikwei North Constituency,Theresa Lardi Awuni, has donated some food items to muslims in her constituency.

The gesture was to commensurate with Muslims across the globe observing the end of the Ramanda fast.

The items donated included 100 bags of Rice, cartons of Oil, bags of canned Tomatoes, bags of canned fish and mackerel ‘

“It has never happened before that in the history of Okaikwei North Constituency, the entire Muslim leadership and Chiefs will congregate at one place – Mallam Ali’s Mosque for a donation of this magnitude” an observant constituent said.

Honorable Awuni also visited some widows and made similar donations.
