NPP Manifesto: “We will build six 5,000-seater capacity standard stadiums for new regions”- Dr. Bawumia

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s Flagbearer, has vowed to construct six modern 5,000-capacity stadiums in the newly established regions if his party emerges victorious in the December 7, 2024, elections.

This promise was made during the unveiling of the party’s 2024 election manifesto at the Ghana Secondary Technical School in Takoradi on Sunday, August 18, 2024.

According to Dr. Bawumia, the six new regions – Western North, Bono East, Savannah, Ahafo, Oti, and North East – will receive a state-of-the-art stadium to foster sports development and growth.

And we will build six 5 ,000 -seater capacity stadium for the new regions, the six new regions, and we will build a standard stadium for Sunyani because of their love of football and the many clubs in Sunyani.
