Norwegian Lettuce Salad

1 small head of lettuce.

Half cup sour cream.

1 teaspoon sugar.

2 teaspoon vinegar.

One-quarter teaspoon of prepared mustard.

Salt, and pepper to taste.

1 hard-cooked egg, shelled and cut into wedges.

 

Wash the lettuce. Drain and dry well. Tear into bite-size pieces and put in a large salad bowl. Combine the sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper and mix with the lettuce tossing lightly. Serve garnished with wedges.
