Nissan Kicks wins award
Nissan Kick’s interior has been recognised for its “design and flair” by auto industry news site, WardsAuto.com. In a report published by CNN, the Nissan Kicks was listed among the ten winners, selected out of 32 nominees for the 2019 Best Interior Awards.
The award, which is in its ninth year, recognizes the best interior designs of car models from different segments. The Nissan Kicks is the only model from the low price range to make the distinguished list.
Describing the interior of the Kicks, editors of the news site praised the Kick’s innovative use of colour and material to dress up the interior into a remarkable design.
In a glowing review of the Kicks, the editors noted, “Orange stitching sweeps across the soft Prima-tex-covered instrument panel and also punctuates the comfortable seats and head restraints, giving the Kicks a decidedly upscale look and feel. The stitching ties in neatly with the red-orange backlighting on some of the centre-stack controls.”
Additionally, they acknowledged that everything in the Kicks is easy to reach and use. Equally, optional technologies like curbside cameras were praised for both their aesthetic and functional value.
