Nigeria unveils squad for 13th African Games
Nigeria’s U-20 women’s national team, the Falconets, have announced their final squad for the upcoming 13th African Games, with Coach Chris Danjuma making the decisive call on 20 talented players who will carry the nation’s hopes in the u-20 female football competition.
The squad composition reflects a balanced selection, with three goalkeepers, six defenders, five midfielders, and six attackers chosen to represent Nigeria in the competition.
With the African Games slated to take place from March 8 to 23, anticipation is high as Nigeria prepares to defend its title. The Falconets, as reigning champions from the previous edition, enter the tournament as strong contenders for yet another victory.
Nigeria is in Group B alongside Senegal, Morocco, and Cameroon.
