Niger Projected To Become Africa’s Fastest Growing Economy In 2024

Just three months after the coup and ejecting of France, Niger is projected to become Africa’s fastest-growing economy and the fourth in the world in 2024, according to world economic outlook projections.

Another coup-hit country, Burkina Faso is also projected to become the sixth fastest-growing economy in Africa and the ninth in the world in the projected year.

Despite being in a war mode, Libya is reckoned to be making good progress.

When Niger increased the price of Uranium from 0.8 euros per kilogram to 200 euros per kilogram, immediately after the junta ejected France, critics ridiculed Niger but now see who is laughing.

The effects of the neocolonialists’ forays and plunder of Africa are further accentuated by African beneficiaries who do not find the need to invest their loot in Africa but rather send the money to foreign banks.

Mali which also indulged in military intervention has since canceled all colonial agreements with France, a move that tore through France and quaked the world used to French colonies in Africa with apron strings still attached to the colonial master in the post-independence era.
