Mo Kudus names Kamaldeen Sulemana as the best player he has played with

West Ham midfielder Mohammed Kudus has singled out Southampton winger Kamaldeen Sulemana as the best player he has played alongside, citing his exceptional skills and versatility.

Speaking to JD Football, Kudus praised Kamaldeen’s dribbling, speed, and scoring ability, describing him as a complete winger.

“I will say Kamaldeen Sulemana from Southampton. I just think that he has all the qualities that a winger needs. He is fast, skilful, can score, and he is very productive. Yeah, I will go for him,” Kudus said.

The two players share a close bond, having both risen through the ranks at Ghana’s Right to Dream Academy before moving to FC Nordsjaelland to kickstart their professional careers. While they have never shared the pitch at club level, their partnership has flourished in the Black Stars, where they have often played together.

Kudus, who has made 40 appearances for Ghana and scored 11 goals, has enjoyed a more prominent role in the national team compared to Kamaldeen, who has 19 caps without a goal. Both players were part of Ghana’s squad at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Despite their different trajectories, Kudus’s admiration for Kamaldeen underscores the latter’s potential and highlights their unique friendship forged on and off the pitch.
