Liverpool considering Ben Doak in deal to sign Antoine Semenyo

Liverpool are reportedly exploring the possibility of using winger Ben Doak as part of a package deal to acquire Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo.

This move comes after the Reds rejected multiple offers for Doak, including bids exceeding £15 million from clubs such as Crystal Palace and Ipswich.

Despite these rejections, Doak, who is currently on loan at Middlesbrough, holds a £30 million valuation by Liverpool.

Although Liverpool initially planned to keep Doak at Middlesbrough for the rest of the season, their interest in Semenyo has led them to reconsider the winger’s future.

According to the Northern Echo, Liverpool views Semenyo as a promising long-term attacking prospect, prompting them to explore the option of including Doak in negotiations to secure his signature.

Semenyo has impressed this season at Bournemouth, contributing 6 goals and 3 assists in 21 appearances.

Transfermarkt values the forward at around €28 million, making him an attractive target for Liverpool as they seek to bolster their attacking options.
