Kurt Okraku elected new GFA President

Chief Executive of Officer of Dreams FC, Kurt Okraku has been elected President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

It comes after his opponent, George Afriyie conceded after the second round of the keenly contested GFA elections.

At the end of the second round, Kurt Okraku polled fifty-nine (59) voted whiles Afriyie garnered forty-nine (49).

120 delegates converged at the College of physicians and surgeons to elect a new leader for the FA Friday October 25, 2019.

Mr Okraku will now replace embattled GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi who was indicted in investigative piece, number 12 by Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
