This was a side that reigned supreme, placing second in Ghana’s 1986 elite soccer league. That granted the club the ticket to the West African Football Union competition which it won in 1987. The beaten finalist was Stella Club of the Ivory Coast. After the death of the club’s chairman, S.Y Andoh, the club gradually petered away. Club colours were black and white.
