Kotoko Board to set up TV channel
Kumasi Asante Kotoko is looking at establishing a free-to-air TV channel, which would be the first-ever for a club in Ghana.
The digital TV channel plan is part of the club’s process of rebranding itself as a corporate organisation.
The expected ‘Kotoko TV’ channel would hold the broadcasting rights of the club’s exclusive-behind-the-scenes training, interviews, past matches and documentaries of the club, and other official events to its fans across the globe.
A board member, Dr. Kofi Amoa-Abban dropped the plan in a post on twitter.
