King Promise Ends Diaspora Tour In Grand Style
Famous Ghanaian highlife and afrobeat songwriter and singer King Promise has completed his three-month world tour in London.
Gregory Bortey Newman, known as King Promise, embarked on this tour immediately after the launch of his 5 Star album in August.
The ‘5 Star World Tour’ saw most Ghanaian musicians and others from other countries sharing the same stage with King Promise, all with the motive of entertaining their fans.
In New York, the sensational musician was humbly welcomed by his fans and other music lovers on September 24, 2022.
He visited other cities like Washington, Atlanta, Seattle, Chicago, Minneapolis, Boston, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Amsterdam, Paris, Birmingham, Manchester, and ended in London.
In every city, he received massive support from the audience. All his shows were well attended by fans and music lovers.
To his surprise, one famous musician from Nigeria, Wizkid, joined him on stage to entertain their fans on the last day of his “5 Star Tour’ in the world.

According to King Promise, Wizkid is one of the ace musicians that inspired him in music. He expressed his profound gratitude to his colleague on stage at KOKO, with fans starring at the two on stage in a buoyant mood.
Meanwhile, the major annual Promise Land Concert organised by King Promise is set to happen live on December 23 at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra when he arrives in Ghana.
