King Faisal continue unbeaten run in Division One League after Eleven Wise win

King Faisal continued their unbeaten run in the ongoing Division One League campaign after defeating Sekondi Eleven Wise at the weekend.

The match, held at the Okese Park in Ejisu, Kumasi ended 3-1 in favour of King Faisal, marking their first home win in the Ghana second tier.

King Faisal showed resilience and determination in the highly competitive match as they cruised to victory to merit maximum points on Saturday.

In-form attacker Emmanuel Nketia scored a brace to pave the way for the host before the visitors reduced the deficit in the course of the match.

In the 74th-minute mark, former Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko winger Ollenu Ashitey found the net to seal a comfortable victory for the host.

King Faisal FC remains unbeaten in the Division One League, winning two and drawing three after five matches.

They will travel to face Elmina Sharks FC in matchday 6 of the Division One League at the Elmina Sports Stadium.
