Kidnapped Canadian girls and their kidnappers on a flight to Accra from Kumasi

Information available to theghanareport.com indicates that all 4 Nigerian and 6 Ghanaian kidnappers are on a flight to Accra from Kumasi.

Also on the flight are the rescued girls who shall be welcomed by the Canadian High commissioner who is expected to be part of a press conference on Wednesday afternoon. 

They are being accompanied by National Security Operatives and other security officials. 

Our sources have also confirmed the arrest of about fourteen (14) Ghanaians to aid further investigation. 

They may include Ghanaian frontiers, suppliers of ammunition for the operation and other preparatory aid prior to the kidnapping. 

The two Canadian girls were rescued during the early hours of Wednesday around Abirem/Kenyasi, in the Ashanti Region by a top team of Ghana’s National Security with support from related institutions.
