Jordan Ayew dropped as Inaki Williams earns starting spot vs. Niger

Black Stars coach Otto Addo has made two significant changes to his starting lineup for the crucial AFCON qualifier against Niger.

Jordan Ayew, who started in the narrow loss to Angola, has been replaced by Inaki Williams, who impressed off the bench in the same game.

Additionally, Majeed Ashimeru, praised for his energetic display against Angola, replaces Elisha Owusu and partners captain Thomas Partey in midfield.

The rest of the team remains unchanged, with Ati Zigi in goal, and Tariq Lamptey, Alidu Seidu, Mohammed Salisu, and Abdul Mumin forming the back four.

The attacking trio of Semenyo, Kudus, and Issahaku also retains their spots.
