I agree that the alternative to this incompetent government is scary. If you are as incompetent as the Nana Addo government, you certainly have to be scared of John Mahama’s return.

It is scary to this inept government that the Ghanaian people have seen a big world of difference between JM and NADAA. The anger of the people of Ghana who go to hospitals and do not get beds but see over twenty hospitals built by JM but abandoned by NADAA scares government.

The rage of nursing trainees who were deceived by NADAA in opposition and are now nurses but have no postings to hospitals scares the government. The ire of traders in Abossey-Okai and Suame, who contributed to NADAA’s campaign in 2016 and danced to the first budget that claimed it had scrapped taxes on spare parts, but have now realised that import duties on their goods have increased scares the hell out of this government.

Drivers, Farmers, Business Owners, the Working Class, Pastors, Doctors, Students, Parents, Teachers, the Security Services, Artisans, Traders, the Unemployed and even some members of the NPP see the wanton corruption, the greed and avarice, the nepotism and cronyism, the suppression of free speech and intimidation of the citizenry by just a few friends and family members of the President and trust me the anger is reaching fever pitch. Why won’t it scare the government and its apparatchiks?

John Dramani Mahama represents HOPE for a better state of affairs and it scares the living hell out of the incompetent lot in government. So yes when you hear government people shouting #thealternativeisscary, yes they know what they are scared of – JM!
