Head coach of Chelsea FC, Liam Rosenior, says he is excited his team is taking on Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 stage.
Chelsea got drawn against the French Champions who double as the defending UEFA Champions League after PSG beat AS Monaco 5-4 on aggregate in the playoff stage.
The draw that took place on Friday, February 27 had English side Manchester City drawn against Real Madrid in one of the standout fixtures to take place in March.
Speaking in a presser ahead of Chelsea’s London derby against Arsenal on Sunday, March 1, Liam Rosenior said he was looking forward to the crunch European tie.
“So excited; PSG are a fantastic team. I have experience of playing against them in France. I have always admired them. Luis Enrique has done an incredible job.”

“These are the games you live for, games that you come into football for. It’s going to be a great tie but we’ve got another three games before that, that I need to focus on” Rosenior said.

Prior to landing the Chelsea job, Rosenior served as head coach of French Ligue 1 side Strasbourg.
