I haven’t spoken to Stonebwoy in a year – Sarkodie reveals
Despite being in the same industry and sharing mutual acquaintances, rapper Sarkodie and dancehall artiste Stonebwoy have not interacted for a year.
“We have not had a conversation. I think life is happening and everyone is working. There is a time that we will meet and have a conversation, and I think it is going to happen soon,” Sarkodie remarked on his Instagram page.

The turf war between the two entertainers stems from an alleged assault incident that happened a year ago.
Stonebwoy was reported to have assaulted Sarkodie’s manager, Angel Town.
The alleged assault is reported to have occurred on Monday, August 10, during a rehearsal session for Sarkodie’s ‘Black Love’ virtual concert.
According to reports, the ‘Nominate’ singer was invited right after other billed artistes finished their rehearsal but felt disrespected in the manner in which he was addressed.
In an attempt to intervene, Angel Town nearly lost his right eye.
Subsequently, Stonebwoy tried to make amends.
However, the two have continued to be at arm’s length since the incident.
