Hajj 2023: Ben Abdallah Bandah Briefs National Chief Imam On Preparations
The Chairman of Ghana’s Hajj Board, Hon. Ben Abdallah Bandah, has paid a courtesy call to the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu to brief him on preparations made so far for the upcoming pilgrimage to Mecca beginning Friday, June, 9.
At the meeting held on Tuesday, May, 30, the Chairman of the Hajj Board made Known to the National Chief Imam that a team was earlier sent to Saudi Arabia to make arrangements for transportation, accommodation, and other important information that will be useful to Ghanaian pilgrims.
The National Chief Imam expressed gratitude to Ben Abdallah Banda for the visit and prayed for a successful Hajj pilgrimage this year.
Hon. Ben Abdallah Bandah, whilst acknowledging the efforts of the former executives of the Hajj Board noted that the previous board members procured the facilities and logistics for Ghanaian Pilgrims before handing over the position to the new leaders.
The Hajj Board has assured all Pilgrims going to Mecca this year that all the necessary arrangements needed for the Holy journey have been met and waiting patiently for the set date.
