GPL: Kokoto takes down Nsoatreman

Kumasi Asante Kotoko registered their second win in four games in the 2024-2025 Ghana  Premier League season, beating Nsoatreman FC 1-0.

Elvis Kyei-Baffour’s 47th-minute strike sealed the win for the Porcupine Warriors as they hosted Nsoatreman FC at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.

The win comes on the back of Kotoko drawing with Berekum Chelsea in the immediate past round despite creating chances.

Kotoko dominated the game statistically by registering more goal attempts (18 to Nsoatreman’s four), more shots on target (six to Nsoatreman’s one), more corner kicks (seven to Nsoatreman’s two) and ball possession (55% to Nsoatreman’s 45%).
