GPL 2022/2023: Winners For Player, Coach Of The Month For September Announced
Aduana Stars midfielder, Kwame Adom Frimpong has been named the NASCO Player of the Month for September in the ongoing 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
The Ghana FA announced winners of both the player and coach categories via their official social media platforms.
The former Asante Kotoko man has excelled since the start of the season and has helped his team to pick crucial wins during the month under review.
In the first three matches of the season, Kwame Adom Frimpong has scored two goals, with his first coming against King Faisal in a 3-2 win.
He was nominated alongside his teammate Aduana Stars, Bright Adjei and Medeama SC duo Kwesi Donsu and Kofi Asmah, all of whom were impressive in the month.
Coach of the Month
Berekum Chelsea’s head coach, Ennin Christopher won the Coach of the Month award for September in the ongoing 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
Ennin led the former league champions to two wins and one draw from 3 matches played during the month under review.
His team currently sits on top of the league log with 7 points after 3 matches, scoring 4 goals in the process and conceding just 1 goal.
He beats coach Paa Kwesi Fabin of Aduana Stars and coach Yaw Preko, both coaches managed to win two games and one draw.
Both winners are expected to receive a NASCO television each from Electroland Ghana Limited.
