GPL 2021/2022: Winners For Player, Coach Of The Month For December Announced
Aduana Stars forward Emmanuel Gyamfi has been named NASCO Player of the Month in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League for December.
Gyamfi was announced as the winner following his impressive run in the ongoing season, scoring four times and providing four assists in four matches.
The former Asante Kotoko player also won two NASCO MVP awards in the month under review.
Gyamfi beat competition from King Faisal’s Zubairu Ibrahim, David Abagna Sandan of Real Tamale United, and Augustine Okrah of Bechem United, all of whom were impressive in the month.
Gymafi has been excellent since joining Aduana from Kotoko before the start of the season.
Coach of the Month
Aduana Stars’ Joseph Asare Bediako won the Coach of the Month award for December in the ongoing 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
Asare Bediako guided Aduana Stars to four wins and one defeat in five matches in December.
He won ahead of fellow contenders Samuel Boadu, Dr Prosper Ogum Narteh and Nurudeen Amadu.
This is not his first award in the top-flight as last season he won coach of the month with Berekum Chelsea.
Both winners are expected to receive a NASCO television each from Electroland Ghana Limited.
