Ghana’s Electoral Commission to declare NPP winner of 2020 elections: TGR can confirm.

All things being equal, the ruling NPP is set to be declared winner of the 2020 general elections at the conference center at 5 pm on Tuesday.

This follows a final tabulation of all results from the 16 regions at the NPP’s collation center in Accra where the figures clearly put the party ahead of its major contender, the NDC.

The NPP has projected about 51.49% win over the NDCs 47.17% of total votes cast in the December 7, 2020 elections.

The declaration will bring finality to the contest and confirm the ECs earlier resolve to declare the results of the 2020 elections in 24 hours.

Reports reaching theghanareport indicate some party supporters have already started moving in the direction of the Accra International Conference Centre in anticipation of the declaration by the Electoral Commission.
