Ghana U20 striker Percious Boah off to Tunis to complete Esperance move

Ghana U20 striker Percious Boah is set to leave the country to Tunis on Wednesday to complete his move to Espérance Sportive de Tunis.

Boah is expected to sign a five-year contract with the Tunisian giants for an undisclosed fee in the current transfer window.

The 18-year-old attacker gave an impressive account of himself at the 2021 U20 Africa Cup of Nations in Mauritania as he scored some breathtaking freekicks and long-range strikes.

The Dreams FC striker scored 3 goals in 6 appearances to ensure the Black Satellites lift the ultimate at the end of the tournament.

He was recently invited to the Ghana U23 squad that faced the Olympic teams of Japan and South Korea in international friendlies in June.

In the just-ended league season, the striker scored four goals in 16 appearances for Dreams FC

The move will see Boah joining the likes of Harrison Afful, Kwame Bonsu and Abdul Basit as players who have featured for the four-time CAF Champions League winners.
