Ghana Education Service releases outstanding feeding grants to schools

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the disbursement of all pending feeding grants for Special Schools nationwide.

These funds pertain to the third term of the 2024/2025 academic year as well as the first term of the 2025/2026 academic year.

Additionally, GES has settled all outstanding payments owed to Senior High Schools and Senior High Technical Schools for perishables delivered between 29 July and 17 October 2025.

As stated by the Service, the funds have been deposited into the accounts of all schools that are beneficiaries.

Heads of Special Schools, SHS, and SHTS are required to submit official receipts for the funds via their Regional Accountants to the Director General.

In a statement, the Public Relations Unit stressed that GES is dedicated to fostering effective teaching, learning, and inclusive education throughout the country.
