The Ghana Football Association have revealed that they are yet to fully ascertain the details of Ghana’s kit sponsorship deal with Puma following a renewal of the deal.
Ghana’s contract with the German kit manufacturer expired before AFCON 2019 but the various national teams are still kitted by Puma.
Negotiations for the deal were handled by the Dr Kofi Amoah led Normalization Committee but key details of the deal including its value and also it duration remain unknown.
GFA President Kurt Okraku explained that his administration is still in the process of settling down and thus have not had the privilege of fully perusing the Puma contract.
“We took over on the 25th and received formal handing over notes on the 26th of November.
“We are currently going over all the papers and we know that we have a new relationship with Puma.
“Once we go through and we are sure we can speak to the specifics,” he told journalists gathered at a Meet the Press session at the Information Ministry.
