The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the fixtures for the 2024/25 Women’s Premier League (WPL) season, commencing on October 18, 2024.
The league will feature two zones, Northern and Southern, with exciting matchups.
Fans are eager to see top women’s football clubs compete for the championship title.
The Northern Zone will see Kumasi Sports Academy host Supreme Ladies, while Dreamz Ladies face Tamale Super Ladies.
Other matches include Northern Ladies vs. FC Savannah, Fosu Royal Ladies vs. Sung Shinning Ladies, and Prisons Ladies vs. Ampem Darkoa Ladies.
In the Southern Zone, Ladystrikers FC host Police Ladies, Hasaacas Ladies face Berry Ladies, and other thrilling encounters.
The season will run from October 18, 2024, to May 2-5, 2025, with breaks for national elections, Christmas, New Year, and Women’s FA Cup matches.
The eventual winner will participate in the WAFU B Champions League qualifying competition
