GFA hold key meeting with leadership of Referees Association of Ghana
GFA President Kurt Okraku and some Executive Council members met with the leadership of the Referees Association of Ghana at the headquarters of the GFA earlier today.
The FA called the meeting with the match officials to discuss pertinent issues ahead of the start of the new season.
Information reaching has that the issue of unpaid allowances due the referees from the previous season was key among several other topics on the table.
The GFA assured the RAG that all efforts are being made to clear some of the outstanding payments.
The leadership of the Referees expressed its gratitude to the GFA for engaging them in a constructive dialogue and promised that their members will be up to the task continue to improve their performances.
The 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season is expected to begin on December 28, 2019 at match venues across the country.
