Frimprince parts ways with Evangelist Diana Asamoah after 22 years
The Executive Producer for Frimprince Music Productions, Emmanuel Anane Frimpong, has cancelled their contract with gospel musician Evangelist Diana Asamoah over breaches on the side of the musician after over twenty years of working together.
The contract termination was made public in a release signed addressing the cause of the termination of the contract from the production firm. The letter bore the signatures of the executive producer and his artiste Diana Asamoah, signifying a mutual agreement to terminate the contract.
As a result of these breaches by the gospel musician against their agreed working conditions when they consented to work in the year 2000, the artiste will face some punitive measures highlighted below:
- Evangelist Diana Asamoah is restricted from accessing any of his digital platforms (Social Media), including the Facebook page that bears the page name “The Evangelist Diana Asamoah”.
- Evangelist Diana Asamoah is restricted from referring to Mr. Anane Frimpong as her executive producer.
- The management dissociates itself from the ABBA FATHER event, which was their creative idea to build her brand.
- The management also dissociates itself from the MABOWODIN company and all its accounts.
- Evangelist Diana Asamoah is also restricted from using any Frimprince logo on any of her new songs.
The letter conclusively stated that Frimprince Music Productions should continue to have absolute rights over all the nine songs that were produced under that production. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action. The nine songs stated are;
