Fright At Police Kills 84-Year-Old At Daboya
When he heard unusual acoustics sounding like the stampeding crowd, he asked children in the vicinity what was actually happening at that late hour.
He was told the police have arrived and sweeping around to make arrests.
Upon hearing this, the frightened oldie went dumb, his eyes rolled awkwardly and he fell to the ground.
He was declared dead from a heart attack. 84-year-old Mallam Yusif of Daboya in the Savannah region of Ghana who had nothing to do with the case that brought police to the town, had his blood pressure shooting high to cause his death. He never set eyes on the approaching police before the mere thought of it spelled his doom.
It is told that the police went to Daboya looking for some ragamuffins who went on the rampage and destroyed everything in sight, including their Commander’s vehicle.
