Friendly Match: Samartex defeats Talent Hunt Football Academy with a 2-0 victory

Ghana Premier League champions, Samartex Football Club cruised past Talent Hunt Football Academy with a 2-0 victory on Thursday afternoon.

The club after winning the Ghana Premier League for the first time in the 2023/24 football season will now represent the country in the CAF Champions League next season.

As part of preparations for the preliminary stage of the competition, FC Samartex has been training in the last few weeks.

Today, the team engaged Talent Hunt Football Academy in a club friendly.

At the end of what was a very good exercise, Seidu Abubakar bagged a brace to lead FC Samartex to victory.

In the first round of the CAF Champions League, FC Samartex will take on Victoria United.

The team is expected to play a few more friendly matches before that tie.
