Position: Preschool Teachers
Location: New Ashongman, Haatso, Kwabenya area
Age Group: Children ages 2 to 5
Requirements:
- Proactive & Energetic: Must be self-motivated, take initiative, and actively engage with children throughout the day.
- Caring & Patient: A genuine love for working with young children and the patience to support their growth and development.
- Strong Teaching Skills: Experience in teaching young children, with the ability to create and deliver effective, age-appropriate lessons that engage and educate.
- Hardworking & Dedicated: Must show a strong work ethic, be reliable, and approach the role with enthusiasm and commitment.
- Good Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate well with both children and parents to foster a nurturing, cooperative environment.
- Proven experience in teaching preschool children (ages 2–5).
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience as a speech therapist or working with speech-delayed children is an advantage.
- Knowledge and training in Montessori childhood education is an advantage.
- Ability to work as a main or shadow teacher is an advantage.
- References will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Work closely with parents and communicate effectively about the progress and needs of their children.
