The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is grieving the sudden loss of one of its committed members, Mr. Dadson.
The news of his passing was announced by the party’s National Chairman, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, also known as General Mosquito, during the NDC’s manifesto launch in Winneba on Saturday.
Describing the news as “shocking,” General Mosquito led party supporters in observing a minute of silence in Mr. Dadson’s honor.
“We are saddened by the loss of our dear brother and colleague, Mr. Dadson,” he said.
“His immense contribution and commitment to party work in various portfolios he served will never be forgotten.”
General Mosquito praised Mr. Dadson’s dedication to the party, saying, “He was a true patriot and a loyal member of the NDC. His passing leaves a huge void in our party, and we will miss him dearly.”
The NDC has indicated that further details regarding Mr. Dadson’s funeral arrangements will be provided later.
In the meantime, the party is in mourning, reflecting on the legacy of a member who dedicated himself fully to the party’s cause.
