Ghanaian goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has landed in Addis Ababa ahead of his move to Ethiopian Coffee FC in the ongoing transfer window.
The former Ghana youth international is joining the club as a free agent after ending his eight-year spell with Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko.
Danlad parted ways with the Porcupine Warriors at the end of the season following the expiration of his contract.
The 2022 World Cup participant is currently in Ethiopia to seal a move to Ethiopian Coffee FC.
He will undergo mandatory medical on Monday before putting pen to paper for the club. The former Kotoko shot-stopper will pen a two-year deal that will keep him at the club until 2026.
He is expected to play a huge role for the club in the upcoming season as Ethiopian Coffee FC eye the league title.
Ibrahim has enormous experience intentionally, having represented the various Ghana national teams at different competitions, including the U20 Africa Cup of Nations in 2021, with the Black Satellites emerging as champions.
In the Ghana Premier League, the 21-year-old made 69 appearances for the Kumasi-based club.
