First Sky Group CEO donates GH¢200,000 to AG Youth Ministry

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the First Sky Group, Mr Eric Seddy Kutortse, has donated an amount of GH₵200,000 to the Youth Ministry of the Assemblies of God, Ghana, to support their activities.

According to Mr Kutortse, the gesture was to support the regional youth camp, which would end on Friday, October 8, and other youth activities in the church.

The CEO, who has supported by building 60 churches across the country, noted that wealth creation was largely dependent on two foundations – supporting the kingdom of God and humanitarianism.

Likewise, he explained that for the Christian youth, it was essential to chase Godly wealth by desisting from acquiring riches through “evil means”.

Among other things, Mr Kutortse urged the youth to desist from fraud, robbery, short-changing people while condemning corruption.

He believed that these kinds of quick wealth had adverse consequences, including the destruction of life.

“To be wealthy, you have to faithfully ask God to bless you to be able to expand His Kingdom. You have to, first, seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all other things shall be added onto you, and also commit yourselves to humanitarianism,” he advised the youth.

Aside from these, Mr Kutortse urged the youth to discover God’s purpose in their lives by diligently reading the bible and follow those purposes passionately, in addition to praying persistently.

More importantly, he urged the youth to never compromise on their integrity in everything that they do.

Mr Kutortse, earlier, supported the building of the National Cathedral, with a cheque for GH¢1 million, in addition to 4,000 bags of cement, 500 metric tonnes of chippings and 50 metric tonnes of iron rods towards the project.

On his part, the Senior Pastor of Holy Hill Assemblies of God, Reverend Dr Kwadwo Boateng Bempah, donated 2,000 copies of his ‘Keys to Success’ book at the cost of GH₵60,000 to the campers.

The 13 chaptered book contains Christian principles that enable readers to learn from the word of God and cause “supernatural breakthroughs” in every aspect of their lives.

Subjects covered in the book include the key of love for God, vision, diligence, determination, discipline, focus, blessing, faith, divine wisdom, giving, power, the fear of God, and the key of thanksgiving.
