Ex-Kotoko goalie Kwame Baah in talks with Hearts of Oak over possible move – Reports
Hearts of Oak have entered into discussions with former Black Meteors goalkeeper Kwame Baah regarding a potential transfer, according to reports.
The 25-year-old goalkeeper had previously joined the Ethiopian Premier League outfit, Adama City FC, on a free transfer after departing from Asante Kotoko SC when his contract concluded in 2022.
After completing his one-year contract with Adama City, Baah has returned to Ghana and is currently in talks with Hearts of Oak for a potential move to the Ghanaian giants.
Reports say Baah is expected to finalize negotiations with Hearts in the coming days and is scheduled to commence training with the team.
With his extensive experience, Kwame Baah will bring a boost to Hearts of Oak’s goalkeeping department, which already boasts talent in the form of Eric Ofori Antwi, Richard Attah, and Richmond Ayi.
Baah initially joined Kotoko in July 2019, making the transition from Inter Allies FC. Over his tenure with the club, he featured in a total of 24 matches, conceding 12 goals while keeping 12 clean sheets.
