Veteran gospel musician Gifty Empress Oppong Adorye known in showbiz circles as Empress Gifty is to release her debut single ‘Awieyε Pa’ for 2023 on Thursday, May 11.
The new song features ‘This Far’ hitmaker Ewura Abena and was recorded by legendary music producer Shadrach Yawson.
The song according to Empress Gifty is to encourage listeners that no matter how difficult life becomes, there will be a perfect and expected end.
She deduced her motivation from the book of Jeremiah 29:11, which says “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.
Empress Gifty via an Instagram post in a press release announced the date for the release of her song.
