Delhi airport: Bad weather forces Air India to divert 3 flights

Due to the bad weather prevailing in the national capital, the Delhi airport has seen three flights diversion today, as per an official.

The official stated that three Air India flights were redirected, with two heading to Jaipur and one to Lucknow. The diversions occurred between 09:45 and 11:15 hours, according to the official.

Earlier today, Air India has said that its flights to and from Delhi might get affected due to heavy rains. “Guests are advised to start early for the airport, as slow traffic and waterlogging may delay movement,” the airline said in a post on X.

Several areas of the city experienced heavy rainfall on Sunday.
