Dead body found in Galilea M/A 1 JHS classroom

The discovery of a dead man in the classroom of Galilea M/A 1 Junior High School situated at Ngleshie Amanfro in the Ga  South Municipality on Tuesday, October 8, 2025, has disrupted academic activities.

The body of the unknown man was found by the students early in the morning upon arrival at the school. The deceased is yet to be identified.

Speaking on the incident, one of the teachers indicated that the incident has officially been reported to authorities and is yet to respond to the development.

This shocking incident comes after residents of Eshiem, a community near Kojokrom in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis, were left astonished following the discovery of the lifeless body of a 24-year-old man, Ebenezer Donkor.

His body was found on Sunday morning under a high-tension pole with visible bruises and marks, raising suspicions of a possible beating before his death.

Family members say Ebenezer left home on Saturday afternoon with two neighbours, known only as Hamza and Pistol, in search of work.

However, only the two returned the next day without him.

According to his landlady, the pair claimed they had been attacked by unidentified individuals who attempted to rob them.

They said they fled, leaving Ebenezer behind.

But while leading family members to the alleged scene, both Hamza and Pistol reportedly disappeared.

Ebenezer’s mother, Theresa Baidoo, who was visibly distraught, shared her grief.

“He is my first child. I always warned him about his friends, but he would not listen. This evening, I was told he had gone missing, and we later found his lifeless body,” she said.
