Coronavirus: Bono Region records first case, national cases climb to 3,091
The Bono Region has recorded its first case of the deadly novel coronavirus bringing the number of regions with confirmed cases to 13, while the national figures climb to 3,091.
While the Bono Region is the only region among the 13 to have a single case, infections in the Western Region has increased from 21 to 32, that of the Central Region has also increased from 38 to 50 while the Eastern Region has recorded one more case.

The country’s recovery figures have also jumped to 303, up from 294 with the death statistic still at 18.

The Savannah, Bono East and Ahafo regions have not recorded any case on coronavirus.
