Check out the 44 defaulting oil firms staring down GH₵60m BOST debt
A total of 44 Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have failed to pay their levies to the Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Limited (BEST), formerly BOST.
These companies were required to collect the BOST margin from petroleum sales and send it to the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), which would then be forwarded to BOST.
The companies involved in the default include:

- Galaxy Energy: GH₵196,830

- G&G: GH₵856,166
- Golden Petroleum Limited: GH₵246,375
