CAFCC: ES Sétif arrives in Ghana ahead of clash with Asante Kotoko
The Algerian top-flight league giants, ES Sétif has arrived in Ghana on Friday afternoon ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup first leg tie fixture against Asante Kotoko.
After their arrival at the Kotoka International Airport, the contingent comprising of players, technical, and management team members of ES Setif went through the covid-19 testing procedure which all confirmed negative, which means they are all eligible for the crucial away tie.
Asante Kotoko will be battling out with ES Setif with the quest of advancing to the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup, an achievement which they last earned in 2018.

Kotoko dropped to CAF’s second-tier competition after exiting the CAF Champions League to Sudanese giants Al Hilal in the last round of qualifiers to the group stages.
ES Sétif on the other hand advanced to this stage of the CAF Confederation Cup after getting a walkover against Chadian side Renaissance FC following their disqualification.
The first leg is scheduled to take place on February 14, 2021, and the second leg comes off on February 21, 2021.
ES Sétif is currently top of the Algerian League and has lost just one game across all competitions this season.
