CAF CC: Dreams FC arrive in Monrovia ahead of reverse fixture against Kallon FC
Ghana Premier League side, Dreams Football Club have arrived safely in Monrovia, Liberia for the second leg fixture against Kallon FC in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Dawu-based club hosted their Liberian opponent in the first leg of the tie at the Accra Sports Stadium last week which ended in a 2-1 victory for the home side.
The Ghanaian club has been preparing for the reverse fixture of the tie away from home and will be looking for the results to advance to the next stage of the competition.
The team arrived in Liberia’s capital Monrovia scheduled to host the important fixture and is expected to train later today ahead of the game on Saturday, September 30.
All players in the 18-man squad named by Dreams FC head coach Karim Zito are geared up to secure victory for the club.
The Ghanaian MTN FA Cup champions are keen on winning at the end of the two legs to advance to the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
The game between Kallon FC and Dreams FC is scheduled to be played at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex.
